Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a Pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will collect full payment at checkout, store your payment method and fulfill the order when the products is back at Stock.
You can cancel a paid Pre-order that has not yet been Fulfilled, and you'll receive your money back within 10 business days as a Refund to the original form of payment. If the order has been Fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request an Exchange. See our Returns and Exchanges Policies for more details.
