Returns and Exchanges policy


Unfortunately, we do not issue Refunds on our products, however we do offer Exchanges or Credit in our Online Store.


We have a 14-day Exchange Policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an Exchange. There will not be any exchanges after this time period.

To be eligible for an Exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. No exchange can be made if the product has been modified or repaired by the customer.

To start an Exchange, you can contact us at . If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an Exchange will not be accepted. Once your Exchange has been accepted by us and you have an Exchange Authorization Number, you can proceed to ship the product to us. You would also need: Proof of Purchase and an Exchange Authorization Number from 6at41. Without the Exchange Authorization Number from 6at41 we can not accept any merchandise.

We do not pay or reimburse shipping costs back to the warehouse. All freight collect Exchanges will be refused.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make the right decision. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be Returned or Exchanged, such as special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept Returns or Exchanges on Sale Items or Gift Cards.

* No Exchanges are allowed on Custom or Personalized products.

* No Exchanges are allowed on any Sale Merchandise.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your Exchange, and we will let you know if the Exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll  receive an email from with further instructions. If more than 10 business days have passed since you submitted your Exchange, please contact us at
